έντυπο 6166 -Κάτοικος των ΗΠΑ
US resident with small home in Greece. Have filed taxes every year. Do I Still Need to submit form 6166 for this new tax year;
Will this be a annual event. I have no income in Greece. I only file tax to show I have home.

If you don't have any income in Greece then no you don't need to submit tax residency certificate every year. In case that you will in the future gain any kind of income in Greece (for example from interest or rent etc) then you will have to submit again before filing the annual income tax return a recent tax residency certificate.
