CONVENTION
between the Republic of Austria and the Kingdom of Greece for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital
The Republic of Austria and the Kingdom of Greece, desiring to avoid double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital, have agreed to conclude the following Convention:
Done in duplicate at Vienna the 22nd September, 1970, in the Greek, German and English languages, each text being equally authentic, the English text prevailing in case of doubt.
