between the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Albania for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital
The Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Albania
Desiring to conclude a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital:
Have agreed as follows:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention.
Done at Tirane on July 14th, 1995, in two originals in the English language.
