AGREEMENT
between the Hellenic Republic and the State of Kuwait for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital.

Desiring to promote their mutual economic relations through the conclusion between them of an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital
Have agreed as follows:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the respective plenipotentiaries of both Contracting States have signed this Agreement.
Done at 29 Thu Al-Hijja, Sunday, of the year 142 3 H corresponding to March 2nd, Sunday, of the year 2003, in two originals, in the Greek, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergency, the English text shall prevail.
