CONVENTION
BETWEEN THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION AND THE PREVENTION OF FISCAL EVASION WITH RESPECT TO TAXES ON INCOME
The Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Korea, Desiring to conclude a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes en income, Have agreed as follows:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorised thereto by their respective Governments have signed this Convention.
DONE in duplicate at Athens this 20 day of March of the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety five in the Greek, Korean and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergency of interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
