Ν. 573/1968 (ΦΕΚ A 223/27-09-1968) Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between Cyprus and Greece
CONVENTION
Between The Government of the Kingdom of Greece and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, desiring to avoid double taxation and to prevent fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, have agreed to conclude the following Convention
For that purpose they have appointed as their plenipotentiaries:
The Government of the Kingdom of Greece: His Excellency Mr. Panayotis Pipinelis, Minister for Foreign Affairs;
The Government of the Republic of Cyprus: His Excellency Mr. Nikolaos Kranidiotis, Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus, who, having communicated to one another their full powers, found in good and due form, have agreed as follows:
DONE at Athens on March 30, 1968, in duplicate, in the Greek language.
This Act shall enter into force on its publication in the Official Gazette.
